Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Goods are delivered worldwide.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat rate of €5.90 per order for shipping.
For orders of €25.00 or more, we offer free shipping.
International deliveries:
We charge a flat rate for international shipping as follows:
Worldwide: €5.90
For orders of 25.00 € or more, we offer free international shipping.
Provision of digital vouchers:
There are no shipping costs for the provision of digital vouchers.
Digital vouchers are sent to you as a file via email within 24 hours after the contract is concluded (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Delivery times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 2 - 4 working days, and for international deliveries within 2 - 4 working days after the contract is concluded (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
